End User License Agreement

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Mainframe ("Licensor") governing your use of Mainframe mod menu software ("Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the Software.

2. License Grant

Mainframe grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this EULA. This license does not grant you ownership of the Software.

3. Permitted Uses

Under this license, you may:

• Download and install the Software on your personal computer.
• Use the Software to modify single-player and online gameplay experiences on your own account.
• Create and load configuration files for personal use.

4. Restrictions

Under this license, you may NOT:

• Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially distribute the Software.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or branding in the Software.
• Use the Software to develop competing products or services.
• Distribute the Software through any third-party website, platform, or file-sharing service.
• Use the Software in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Use the Software to intentionally harass, stalk, or target specific individuals.

5. Ownership

The Software and all associated intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Mainframe. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Mainframe.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Mainframe expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Warranties that the Software will be undetected by anti-cheat systems.
• Warranties that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• Warranties that use of the Software will not result in penalties, bans, or other adverse actions from game publishers.

7. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and accept that:

• Using mod menus in online games may violate the terms of service of those games.
• Game publishers may ban, suspend, or penalize accounts found using third-party modifications.
• Anti-cheat detection methods evolve continuously, and no bypass can guarantee permanent undetected status.
• You use the Software entirely at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mainframe shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Software, including but not limited to:

• Loss of game accounts, characters, progress, or virtual items.
• Bans, suspensions, or restrictions imposed by game publishers.
• Damage to your computer, data, or software.
• Loss of revenue or anticipated savings.

9. Updates

Mainframe may release updates to the Software from time to time. These updates may be downloaded and installed automatically. Updated versions of the Software are subject to this EULA unless a new EULA is provided with the update.

10. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies in your possession.

Mainframe may also terminate this EULA at any time by discontinuing the Software or revoking access.

11. Severability

If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Mainframe regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
